Ensure Technologies Digital Solutions is seeking a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketer (Content Creator) to join our digital marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging digital content, managing online platforms, supporting marketing campaigns, and helping increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and customer acquisition. You will create and manage content for websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and other digital channels while working with the marketing team to develop effective online campaigns. Key Responsibilities Create engaging and informative content for websites, blogs, social media, email, and other digital platforms. Develop content ideas, captions, articles, graphics concepts, short videos, and promotional materials. Manage and maintain company social media platforms and online communities. Plan and maintain a consistent digital content calendar. Support the planning, launch, and management of digital marketing campaigns. Create content that promotes products, services, events, and company initiatives. Conduct basic market, audience, keyword, and competitor research. Write SEO-friendly website and blog content to improve online visibility. Monitor social media engagement, website traffic, and campaign performance. Assist with email marketing, online promotions, lead-generation campaigns, and customer engagement. Work with designers, developers, and other team members to produce digital marketing materials. Stay informed about emerging digital marketing, social media, content, and online advertising trends. Analyze campaign results and recommend ways to improve content and engagement. Maintain a consistent brand voice and professional image across digital channels. Requirements & Skills Good written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and strong storytelling ability. Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing. Ability to create engaging written and visual content. Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing. Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google tools, or similar digital marketing platforms is an advantage. Basic understanding of digital advertising and campaign management. Good computer and internet skills. Ability to research topics and produce original, useful content. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in digital marketing, content creation, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
