Creating a profile does not guarantee employment, outsourcing opportunities, project assignments, or a specific level of income.
Professionals are responsible for ensuring that their profiles and submitted information are accurate. They must not claim qualifications, experience, certifications, employment history, or skills that they do not possess.
EnsureTech may verify professional information where possible, but users should also carry out appropriate checks before entering into significant contracts or engagements.
Businesses using EnsureTech are responsible for clearly communicating their technology requirements, project expectations, deadlines, budgets, working arrangements, and other relevant conditions.
A business may choose to engage an IT professional introduced through EnsureTech based on the professional's profile, qualifications, experience, interview, assessment, portfolio, or other information available to the business.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, the final terms of an engagement between a business and an IT professional should be clearly documented, including the scope of work, payment arrangements, responsibilities, deadlines, ownership of work, confidentiality, and termination conditions.
EnsureTech may publish or facilitate access to job vacancies, IT projects, outsourcing opportunities, contracts, and other professional opportunities.
The availability of a job or project does not guarantee that a user will be selected. Businesses may choose candidates based on their own requirements, assessments, interviews, budgets, and other criteria.
EnsureTech may remove, modify, suspend, or close a job or project listing at any time where necessary.
When a business and an IT professional agree to work together, both parties are responsible for fulfilling the obligations agreed between them.
This may include responsibilities relating to project delivery, working hours, communication, deadlines, payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, data protection, and other contractual matters.
EnsureTech may facilitate communication, matching, recruitment, outsourcing, administration, or project coordination depending on the service being used. However, EnsureTech is not automatically a party to every agreement between a business and an IT professional.
Certain EnsureTech services may involve fees, commissions, subscriptions, professional charges, project payments, or other costs.
