We are looking for a Digital Management Specialist to manage and coordinate our digital platforms and online communication channels. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing websites, email communications, social media platforms, data entry, and digital marketing campaigns. This role is suitable for someone who is organized, digitally skilled, creative, and able to manage multiple online tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency. Key Responsibilities Manage, update, and maintain company websites and online platforms. Publish and update website content, pages, announcements, images, and other digital materials. Manage company email communications and respond to routine digital enquiries. Manage and maintain social media accounts and online communities. Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content. Perform accurate data entry, data updates, record keeping, and database management. Prepare and launch email, social media, online advertising, and promotional campaigns. Monitor digital campaigns and provide basic performance reports. Assist with online marketing, promotions, lead generation, and customer engagement. Coordinate digital content across websites, email, and social media platforms. Maintain accurate digital records and ensure information is properly organized. Identify opportunities to improve the company's online presence and digital engagement. Work with other team members to support digital projects and business objectives. Required Skills & Qualifications Good computer and internet skills. Basic knowledge of website management and content management systems. Good understanding of social media platforms. Ability to manage email communications professionally. Good data-entry and typing skills with strong attention to detail. Understanding of digital marketing and online campaigns. Ability to create, schedule, and launch digital campaigns. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Previous experience in digital management, digital marketing, administration, or a related field is an advantage.
